My focus is providing legal solutions to negotiating and drafting contracts with businesses in the entertainment, hardware, software, retail, and transportation industries, as well as government agencies and municipalities. I work closely with each client, serving the role of in-house legal counsel for closely held businesses, providing outside legal expertise for larger businesses, and contracting services for other attorneys.
